Q1. Can we get your free samples?
Sure. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But you need pay the freight. We usually send you samples via DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS and so on.
Q2. What is the normal lead time?
For stocked products, we will arrange the delivery in 12-24 hours. For customer products, we will arrange the delivery in 7- 20 days.
Q3. How do you control the bottles quality?
We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the quality of bottles one by one before packing.
Q4. What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
Any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 15days after you get the goods.
Taking photos and send the photos to us, we will send you replacement goods.
